This PR completes the Solana PR about adding cluster node information on Geyzer interface.
It implements the grpc part of the cluster info notification.
It adds one subscription cluster_info and notify SubscribeUpdateClusterInfoUpdate for node update and SubscribeUpdateClusterInfo::remove for node removal.
It can be tested using this client code..
